The 15th AVRSF dates are February 24 thru February 26, 2011. Online registration and paperwork deadline is Wednesday, February 16, 2010. This deadline will be strictly enforced. Then, as we did last year, your adult sponsor or the person in charge of bringing and setting up your project will check-in and pay your registration on Thursday afternoon (Feb. 24th). Students are welcomed to come and check in but are not required to be present on Thursday. All that is needed is one representative or group of representatives from your school to bring the registration payment and set the projects up.

ISEF is International Science and Engineering Fair
The requirements for registering for the AVRSF are:
(1) Complete Online Registration by Feb.16th . 1
(2) $10.00 entry fee per student (to be paid during check-in on Thursday Feb. 24th
(3) All pertinent ISEF forms will be required for all grades this year. (Go to the ISEF page to download forms.)
Our fair is a K through 12 fair and is affiliated with Colorado State Science and Engineering Fair ( click the link button for details about the CSEF) and the International Science and Engineering Fair ( click the link button for details about the ISEF). Students in 6th, 7th and 8th grades are eligible to advance to the CSEF Junior Division. Students in 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grades are eligible to advance to CSEF and the two top Senior Division individual projects and/or the top Senior Division team project are eligible to advance directly from our fair to the ISEF. The 2011 CSEF will be held April 7- 9 in CSU Fort Collins, CO. The 2011 ISEF will be held May 8-13 in Los Angeles, CA.
