                       24/7 Support

Beginning April 23, 2008 -- students, faculty, and staff will be able to access technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling the Colorado Community College Technical Help Desk at 1-888-800-9198 or submitting a support request or live chat through our Online Help Site located at http://help.cccs.edu.

The specialists at the 24/7 Technical Support help desk are trained to assist users on a variety of topics including:

  • Configuring your computer to use Blackboard Vista
  • Logging into Blackboard Vista
  • Troubleshooting problems using your online course
  • Setting up your browser to support Blackboard Vista
  • Questions about how to use features in Blackboard Vista
  • Uploading and downloading assignments/email attachments

Additionally, you can find step-by-step instructions for many common issues at our newly designed Self-Help site located at http://help.cccs.edu.

For best results and interaction with the Colorado Community College Technical Help Desk, please ensure that you have logged into the My Community Education portal at least once and configured your security question and secret answer. To protect your privacy, Help Desk personnel may not be able to assist you in certain circumstances if you do not have your security question and answer configured or if you do not know the answer.

*CCCOnline Students - If you are a student registered in a CCCOnline class via Otero Junior College you will need to exclusively use the Colorado Community College Technical Help Desk for technical and other answers.
