These pages contain information about the chemistry courses that I teach at Otero Junior College. CHE 111 and 112 are the two courses of introductory college chemistry for science majors. CHE 211 and 212 are the two courses for two semesters of organic chemistry. To view the page(s) simply click the link(s) corresponding to the course(s) of interest.
Each page contains either the course syllabus or the course curriculum template. For those courses that are currently in session, you will find important dates for tests and laboratory reports. These pages will be updated weekly. As I uncover web sites that are pertinent; I will provide links to helpful web sites.
In addition to teaching chemistry and statistics, I am the chair of the Math/Sciences department at OJC and I am a student advisor. So, if you have any questions about the department or our science curricula, then please contact me.
If you wish to contact me, my office telephone number is 719-384-6892. The best times to reach me by telephone for Spring Semester 2006 are MWF 10:00 to 11:00 am. The best way to reach me is by email, joel.gray@ojc.edu, which I check frequently every weekday and often on the weekends too.
