How to Access Your Student Account

It is recommended that you print these instructions out for reference.  (86 Kb PDF)
  1. Go to My Community Education ~ you can click the handy "Login Your Student Account" link to your left or the button on the top right corner of this web site.
      (Opens in new window).
    • NOTE: New students will need to set up their account first. Follow the directions given on the web page.


  2. Enter your User ID & PIN and click LOGIN.
    • USERID is your College ID or "S" Number, it is case sensitive and 9 characters - your SSN is not your ID.

    • PIN is 6 numbers.
      • Your PIN is your birthdate the first time you login
      • Use the format "MMDDYY" (example: 010878 for January 8, 1978)
      • You will immediately be required to change your PIN from your birthdate to a secure PIN that only you know. If your PIN is reset because you forgot it, it will reset to your birthdate, and you will then reselect 6 new secure numbers.

    • NOTE: If you don't know your User ID & PIN call Student Services at (719) 384-6831.


  3. Once into your account, click on Student Menu. From here you can use the links to view or print your account information. Things you can do from here:
    • Print Schedule
    • Add or Drop Classes
    • Final Grades
    • Official Transcript Request
    • Billing Statement
