I am a currently enrolled OJC student. My submissions were completed within the past year, from last Fall semester, to this Spring semester, and were completed when I was an OJC student. My work is matted and ready to hang or display.

I understand that all work accepted, must remain on display throughout the entire duration of the show.

I understand that the show has the right to reject submissions that are inappropriate or poorly presented.

I understand that all entries will be handled with the best of care, but OJC and its staff will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Insurance is my responsibility.

I understand that I am allowed two entries only.

Deadlines

Entry Delivery: January 15 , Monday, to January 26th, Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, entries can be delivered to the Humanities Office or Wheeler 114. Pick-up work: April 6th, Friday.

Opening Reception: February 9th, Friday, in the Humanities Lobby
