Instructions for filling in the Registration form
* It is important that you follow these instructions; failure to do so may result in not
qualifying for the competition. The registration form is required for all projects. *

For Team projects each student must submit an individual form.
Fill in all items of this form and then have your sponsor review the information and (then have her/him sign it.)
All participants must also submit COPIES (NOT ORIGINALS) of all appropriate ISEF forms by the February 18th due date.
Submit this online registration no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
Registration Fee per student is $10.00. If this represents a burden please contact Wayne Beadles.
