About The Clinic
The Rattler Softball Pitching Clinic will focus on the fundamental skills of fast pitch softball pitching including proper mechanics of the stride, arm circle, and wrist snap. Pitchers will also be introduced to many other aspects of pitching including proper conditioning, mental training, and how to throw different pitches. In order to get the most out of the clinic we are requiring that every pitcher bring her own catcher. The catcher MUST have a mask, and it is highly recommended that he/she have a full set of catchers gear. The catcher may be a friend or teammate with catching experience or a parent or coach. Although the catcher will not be charged for the clinic, the basics of catching will be discussed.
