To register for the STEM Camps, Middle School Students (6th, 7th, & 8th grade) and High School students in 9th, 10th, 11th, & 12th grades can download and print the Registration Form, click the links below to get started. Registration is limited to 30 participants and must be received prior to the STEM Camps, with Payment, and Parent Consent and Student Survey Forms included (You can download them from this web page).

MIDDLE SCHOOL: Registration Form

Middle School Stem in Real Life Cost is $50; however, there are $40 scholarships available with application to help reduce the cost. The registration fee includes workshops, snacks, supplies and lunch.

HIGH SCHOOL: Registration Form

High School Stem in Real Life Cost is $25; however, there are $15 scholarships available with application to help reduce the cost. The registration fee includes workshops, snacks, supplies and lunch.

In addition to the Registration Form, students must include their Parent Consent Form and Parent/Student Survey Form with their registration package. Download the forms here:
