Thursday February 23rd
3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Check-in, registration payment, and project set up (Students do not need to be present)
6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Project Judging (Only Judges are allowed in exhibit room at this time)
Friday February 24th
8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. SRC evaluations (only SRC officials are allowed in exhibit room).
1:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m. Final Judging (only judges are allowed in exhibit hall).
4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Students check in for final safety and display or SRC violations
(only students and judges are allowed in exhibit hall).
5:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. Student Judging (only students and judges are allowed in exhibit hall)
(students must be present; formal attire is required).
6:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. Teacher/Sponsors/and parents meeting room TBD
(Meeting will serve as Q&A forum in which we will discuss ISEF affiliation/and
science fair regulations) .
Saturday February 25th
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Exhibit Hall open to the public (students will not be allowed to remove posters unless they obtain a written permission from the fair director).
9:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m. Students must be at their posters in formal attire
10:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. Campus Science Laboratory Tours
