When enrollment figures become firm (after census date) and Census Date Report has been signed and returned to the Student Services Center, instructors and faculty teaching overloads will receive an instructional “letter of appointment.” Section V shows a sample letter. After examining this letter, any questions should be addressed to the Instructional Services office immediately.
