The Instructional Technician assists faculty with integrating appropriate learning technologies. WebCT, Blackboard web delivery, PowerPoint, video, computer applications, and technical training and support are available. Audio-visual equipment can be reserved by calling 384-6839 in advance and is circulated from the Computer Center on the day of use. Instructions for the Smart Stations and COWS are available using the Smart Station guide link located to the left and are included with the equipment; however, the Instructional Technician offers a quick shakedown cruise and ongoing support. They welcome your willingness to enhance instruction. If you have software to load on smart stations or cow, please bring it to the Computer Center at least two weeks in advance.
