Otero Junior College will be utilizing a single form for most professional development activities. The form includes all pertinent information (activity, dates, amounts), justification, and an accountability component that helps insure information is shared in the most appropriate setting. All faculty eligible to receive support through Carl Perkins funding need to pursue that avenue first. In addition to institutional monies, departments also have some limited ability to provide support for professional development. This form can be found on O:/Commons/Campus Forms or a copy of this form can be found in Section V. OJC provides instructors the opportunity to take three classes a year at no expense.
