- Background check & Urine Drug Screen $135.00
- Uniforms $75.00

- Gait belt $15.00
- Nursing pin (price varies with gold cost) $50.00
- Malpractice Insurance $15.00
- LPN State Board Licensure fee (optional) $287.00
