Fitness Classes

Pilates

The exercise craze that is sweeping the country is offered at the OJC Dance Studio with a certified instructor. Core (abdominal) strength and total body flexibility and strength is the focus of this no-impact exercise method. Perfect for any body type or age, whether you are looking to get in shape, get back in shape, or maintain muscle tone while pregnant, this class is perfect for you.
If you are pregnant, become pregnant during the class, or are returning to exercise following pregnancy, we do require a physicians note to participate in the class.

Yoga

Yoga is a great way to increase your flexibility and total body coordination and strength! Have no worries about meditating or any religious ties. This type of yoga is purely for fun, relaxation and getting in shape!
If you are pregnant, become pregnant during the class, or are returning to exercise following pregnancy, we do require a physicians note to participate in the class.
