Please come into the library during open hours to establish a library account.

OJC Staff/Students:

You will need to complete a short registration form and show your OJC ID, driver’s license, or other photo ID. Once registered, you will be able to check out library materials as well as access the electronic journal databases.

If you are a current student needing ONLY database access and are unable to register in person, please register by phone during library hours (719) 384-6882.

If you are unable to reach us, please complete all lines on this form, including your S#. The form will be checked to validate that you are a current student, within 1-2 business days. Please plan your research accordingly. Once completed, online registrants will receive an email notification which will include instructions for accessing their library account and the databases.

NOTE: If students who register by phone or with the online form ever need to borrow materials from the library, they will need to show their ID and complete an in-person registration at that point.

Community Patrons:

Community members will need to complete a short pre-registration form, come to the library during open hours to show a valid picture ID, and complete the application process. Due to database licensing agreements, community members are not able to access electronic databases, but will be able to check out library materials.

Expired Accounts:

ALL library users (students, staff & community) are welcome to renew their accounts online, by phone or in person. Library staff will verify your contact information and renew your account for another year.
