The Southeast Colorado Resource Enterprise (SCORE) Center is a one-stop facility that was built to meet the needs of economic development, business, housing and non-profit organizations in the region.
The SCORE Center opened on the Otero Junior College campus in May 2006. Funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the facility was designed to bring together economic development entities from throughout OJC's three-county service area to enable them to maximize their resources.
