Otero Junior College was proud to host the 2006 Southeast Colorado Rural Philanthropy Days on September 27, 28, & 29 in La Junta, Colorado.
The next Rural Philanthropy Days to be held in Southeast Colorado will be September 2010.
Since the early 1990s Rural Philanthropy Days has been produced by the Community Recourse Center (CRC) in partnership with Colorado Foundations and local steering committees in eight rural regions of Colorado. Philanthropy Days seeks to involve as many nonprofit agencies as possible in the three-day event that brings Front Range funders to a different rural region twice each year for the purpose of providing access to new resources, increasing capacity building services, and introducing new opportunities for regional collaboration.
