Registration is capped at 240 seats and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There will be a limited waitlist available, if you register and are put on this waitlist you will be informed.

Please complete the entire registration and select the submit and print registration button below. PLEASE NOTE: This form registers 8 seats max (one table), if you need more seats than this, or want additional tables you must complete this form again for additional seats or each table requested.
Once the form is printed, submit your payment via check to the address below, visit Student Services to pay by credit card in advance, or pay by cash or credit the night of the event.
