Rental Apartments

Some students prefer to rent a room, apartment or house, independently or with roommates. There are many rental options in and around LaJunta. Please consider the following before deciding on this option.

Students MUST be 21 years or older to rent an apartment or house in the community.

Private rentals can be found in La Junta --available to rent through private parties, and through rental agencies.

Most renters are required to sign leases ranging from six months to a year, and pay additional damage deposits.

Rentals rarely include furniture (bed, couch, desk, etc.)
